SMS messaging terms

1. Program description. This messaging program sends reservation confirmations and reminders to guests who book a stay with Geneva Resorts LLC through our website at www.stayatgeneva.com or our booking forms, and who explicitly opt in to SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected on web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include booking confirmations, check-in details, reminders, changes to your reservation, and guest support.

2. Cancellation. You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number that sent you messages. We will confirm by SMS that you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up the same way you did the first time.

3. Support. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP, email frontdesk@stayatgeneva.com, or call (312) 285-9182 during business hours.

4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send us. Message frequency varies with your reservations. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers. Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age requirement. You must be 18 or older to join our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations for SMS communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

General terms

This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Geneva Resorts LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Guest Conduct Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific parts of the Site or to services we offer.

Accessing the Site in any way, automated or otherwise, counts as using the Site and agreeing to these terms.

We may change these terms or add new conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page. Continuing to use the Site after we post changes means you accept them.

Intellectual property

Our limited license to you

The Site and everything on it belong to Geneva Resorts LLC or our affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not use the Site or its materials in a way that infringes our rights or that we have not authorized.

Unless we explicitly allow it, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site. You may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Your license to us

If you post or submit material to us through the Site, social media, or other digital channels, including comments, posts, photos, and videos, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display or perform that material.

The Site may link to websites run by third parties. A link does not mean we endorse or sponsor that site or anything offered on it.

The information and services on the Site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geneva Resorts LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

Online purchases

Some parts of the Site may let you buy products or services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of those products and services. If you buy from a third party through the Site, both the merchant and we may collect information from your visit, including payment information.

Any dealings with third-party vendors are between you and that vendor. Geneva Resorts LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from them.

Accounts and passwords

Some features may require an account. You agree to give accurate, current, and complete information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect someone else is using your account, tell us right away at frontdesk@stayatgeneva.com. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by failing to do so.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site without notice if we decide you have violated these terms or acted in a way that is inappropriate or unlawful. If that happens, you must stop using the Site and any content from it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute under these terms will be resolved only through binding arbitration in Walworth County, Wisconsin.
